Gender affirming body contouring surgery for Zeni

Hi, I'm Zeni! You may know me by many different names or have come across me in many different places. I'm kind of all over the internet. Maybe you've seen my videos on YouTube. Maybe you've seen me play video games on Twitch. Or maybe you know me from the very long essay that I wrote detailing my experience with my breast augmentations (and hopefully it helped you in some way).

Anyway, today I come to you asking for YOUR help.

I've had a few surgeries over the years since beginning my transition. I've had multiple breast augmentations and have had multiple facial feminization procedures. Now its time for me to take on my current biggest source of dysphoria, my body.

All my life I've struggled with my weight. Its been a constant battle for 30 years. Since beginning my transition this has only become more of a struggle and has only become a wider issue. I have a very large frame and its also unfortunately very shapeless. My excess upper body fat and mass has only accentuated my lack of feminine hips and shapely... behind. Because of this, I have booked Lipo 360 (liposuction of my sides, back, stomach, and inner thighs) and a BBL (Brazilian butt lift) for the end of February.

The procedure in total costs $11,000 which, just like every other surgery that I've had, my insurance will not cover and I will be 100% responsible for out of my own pocket. Because of this, all my lines of credit are maxed out and I have no savings to help cover things like this. I currently have $5400 in financing secured for this new procedure, but I need help covering the rest.

This is my first time coming to everyone for help because I don't really like asking for things like this, but this time I think I'm really going to need some assistance. I have until mid-January to pay my surgeon the remainder of his fee otherwise my surgery will be cancelled and my deposit forfeited. Any little bit helps!
