ZERA Africa Children's Christmas Party 2023
Donation protected
These are the children of Ghana, West Africa at last year's Christmas party. I wish I could take you there to spend a day with them; your heart would melt. In past years, many of you have partnered with me to raise money so that John Issahaku of Zera Africa Ministries could give them a Christmas party, a gift, and tell them about Jesus. Our goal is to make sure that every child that arrives can attend and receive a gift. So, I'm asking for your help again. I'm asking you to give as little as 5$. My good friend, John, puts every penny you give towards these beautiful children.
I know Christmas is still weeks away, but it takes a little time to get the funds from here to Africa, and John needs to plan. So, give if you can and help spread the word by sharing this. Below you will find additional information on the party and what impact your gift will have on the lives of so many children. Thank you. ❤ Mike

ZERA Annual Christmas Children Party
The purpose of this program is to introduce children to the love of Christ at an early age so that when they grow, they will not depart from it. The program brings together children from different denominations and faith under one umbrella to experience and share the love of Christ through Christmas. This year we intend to use part of the funds to engage the students in biweekly Bible studies throughout 2024. This is to prepare the children to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ so they can defend the faith. The second component will involve organizing Christmas events where children are engaged in scripture recitals, drama, play, singing and dancing, eat, drink and receive gifts. Over the past three years we have an average of 1,000 children benefiting from the program each year. This includes an average of 150 Muslim children each year. This year we intend to organize the program across three regions: Northern (Tamale), Upper West (Tumu) and Bono (Banda Gbao). We are hoping to reach out to a minimum of 600 children in Tamale, 200 in Tumu, and 200 in Banda Gbao. The estimated cost of sponsoring a child is $10. The group photo and names of Children an individual or institution shall sponsor will be sent to them so that they can consider them as their spiritual children (children in the Lord) and pray for them throughout the year. We are therefore appealing to you for financial and prayer support towards the 2023 Christmas Children Party.
