Zeus and his medical expenses

A good friend of mine got a puppy shortly after valentines day. About a week later the puppy got injured at home. He first took him in to see a vet and they wrapped him and gave anti inflammatory and told him to return the following week for follow up. At the first appt he asked if they could take x-rays and the vet said it wasn't necessary. He then waited until the following week, as it looked worse, he then again requested them to take x-rays. The vet told him they didn't find anything but refused to show him the xray, rewrapped him and sent home with more meds. He then waited a bit longer and noticed things were getting even worse. He called another local vet for a second opinion, they took x-rays and found, out-of-alignment front paw, and torn muscles They then sent him home with an antibiotic and pain meds and refereed him to eden Prarie for an Ortho surgeon to take a look at him. Unfortunately, my friend does not have the funds to do this. This friend of mine would take the shirt off his back for just about anyone. He loves his animals more than life itself and would take on a 3rd, 4th or even 5th paying job to take care of his babies as he has nothing else for family. We are asking for your help to donate whatever you can to help him out with vet bills and gas. If you have a dog, any animal at that, you should know that they are just as much family as a human is.
