Zeyad’s Path to Citzenship

Hi Everyone! 

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! My sister & I are starting this gofundme in order to help our father with lawyer fees for his immigration case. Our sweet father has been facing difficulty trying to achieve a long-term goal of becoming a US permanent resident. We moved to this country in January of 2001 & have always abided & respected this beautiful land. In 2013, our mother & us 3 kids were granted a green card & our father was denied. In 2018 & 2019, we became citizens just like our little brother but once gain, our father was still fighting to stay. We’ve applied once again without a lawyer due to the costly expense but once again, he has been denied. We finally have a lawyer who seems promising & willing to work diligently on keeping our father in the country he came to in order to provide for his family, the country he came to for a brighter future for his kids &wife. If we aren’t able to appeal our father’s motion, he’ll have to depart to a country that doesn’t even house his family anymore. His family is here in NC, his mother is buried here in the US, his livelihood is here. We spoke to the lawyer & it’s going to cost us roughly $15,000 to work on his case. Anything will help & my family truly appreciates it. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of our hearts ♥️
