Cancer Funds for Patricia and Larry Wyrosdick
As many of you are aware, Patricia was diagnosed with Bilateral Breast Cancer with lymph node involvement on September 10, 2018. In March 2021, we found out that her cancer is now Stage IV and has metastasized to her bones and liver. She began chemo in late April and has experienced many adverse side effects leading to a 2week hospitalization for neutropenic fever on June 3rd. She is currently seeking treatment options at MD Anderson and will be meeting with an oncologist there on June 24.
After going to MD Anderson, she has decided to continue treatment where she is for now. Patricia is continuing to have serious issues with blood counts bottoming out. These are causing her to have to delaychemo treatments and that takes her to the brink of death.

Larry has had multiple health issues for
the past year. He has Peripheral Artery Disease, He had 3 surgeries with finally having to have a Cadaver Vein. He lives withhorrible pain in his leg as it is not functioning properly and is 3 times it’s normal size, his right leg is also swelling and he has a stinted off aneurysm in that leg. He developed sepsis and had to have surgery on the leg again. While there, he found out that he had 4 blockages and needed bypass surgery. He was also diagnosed with Prostate cancer and had Radiation Treatments for that. He and his surgeons will have to re-evaluate his condition in September and October to see how to best move forward.
