Help Marley and Her Family

I am asking for help for one of my Best Friends of nearly 40 years youngest Daughters.

Marley Danielle began getting extremely ill after the birth of her second Daughter in October 2022. It has taken her Doctors nearly a full year to figure out what was happening with her health and why she was rapidly losing weight. She has lost 60 lbs , and is currently unable to eat much of any solid foods now.

She was recently diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome, Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome, May Thurner Syndrome. As you can imagine, while she hoped for a diagnosis, this was all a lot at once.

SMAS is a rare, but Life Threatening disease that, if not cared for in time can cause severe complications including Death.

Her Doctors have now scheduled 2 Major surgeries, to be performed by 2 teams at the Same time. She will also have to undergo a 3rd surgery after healing from the first two.

Marley will be out of work for at the least a month, possibly longer as she recovers fully. As with any surgery, complications may arise, but we are hopeful and Prayerful that this isn't the case.

Her husband is her rock and fully supportive, and will be taking care of Marley and their two young Girls. He will be out of work for at least 6 months caring for Marley and the Girls as he has been by her side throughout her illness and will be doing things she will be unable to do while she Fully recovers.

Because Marley has been sick for so long, they have already been struggling financially, but with these surgeries and without her full income, and Kyle not currently working, there are far more financial struggles ahead. It will be impossible for them to do this without this help.

I am reaching out to all who see this page to please donate what you can to help this family out.

The Funds raised her will be going toward their Rent, Food, Medical Bills and help with her lost wages.

Surgery has finally been scheduled for September 20th. This is a huge relief, because this IS a matter of Life or Death.

Marley is only 32 years old.

They will be performing 2 bypass surgeries at the same time in the first operation. A vascular Surgeon will be rerouting the Left Renal vein to her kidney and the Gastrointestinal Surgeon will be doing a bypass on her stomach. Once she recovers enough to go through the second surgery, they will go back in and add a stent to her Iliac vein.

It is expected that she will be hospitalized for 7 days.

This Surgery is a complicated one, as she will be cut from Sternum to pelvis.

Please pray that she is able to remain at home with her children until the first surgery, as a feeding tube is currently being discussed .
