Zi & Family love and Support

This fundraiser was set up to directly support Zi and their family and bring light to corrupt system. Please take the time to read and understand why as a community our support is critical. So we’re going to rewind back to June of 2020, Trump

is in office, my best friend is working as a farmer supporting their child as a solo parent. Working to provide in southern Oregon after the devastating loss of their sons father to suicide. My best friend is working and providing and encounters frequent racist behaviors from their workplace but continues to work because that’s needed to be done to protect and provide for their family. The workplace racism escalates to an unsafe place (which by the way it’s △⃒⃘Lways unsafe) and Zi makes the complete right decision and leaves that place of employment. They are then guided by unemployment to apply for benefits that are rightly theirs to obtain. Life moved on and Zi becomes employed again and benefits are of course over. These are of course the benefits set to protect and provide for workers who have loss of incomes. Later that said racist company Zi was employed for then decides to fight the already paid benefits and a judgement is made that the unemployment received is now due back. Remember unemployment guided them to use the support that it was a rightful cause and again that’s a system we pay into. Now the state is demanding it be paid back immediately and making moves that would devastate everything that Zi has made including housing. Zi continues to serve in communities, to work with families to provide as a soul parent and what the system is doing is wrong. So I’m asking you, friends, family anyone reading this to help so they are able to move past this and live their life and thrive, that when the system fails we don’t as a community!
