Zilla's Pit BBQ Food Truck

This is Terrance "Big Perm" Nicholson, owner and pitmaster of Zilla's Pit BBQ. I would like to thank everyone that follows this ole' country boy who loves to cook and help others do the same. I have recently quit my full time job to pursue my passion of selling the best barbecue that Nashville has to offer. The city of Nashville has approved our barbecue company for catering, but for us to be mobile and bring individual plates to the masses we must  puchase an enclosed food trailer. I have been blessed to introduce Zilla's Pit BBQ to the community through caterings and the occasional pop-up, but now I want to provide a full service barbecue joint to Nashville through a mobile truck.


In the past I have been willing to share all of the barbecue knowledge I possess with the community and have asked nothing in return. I will continue to do that no matter what, but I am in need of your support. I am asking for your support to make your BBQ brother's dream a reality. Let's show the Big Dogs that it's all about the people and the love they place in the craft, not just name on the building. To those that know me understand the passion I have for barbecue. To those that do not know me, please try to understand my goal is to serve quality food at an affordable price and to treat each and every customer with the the upmost respect and love. I promise to treat you like family!


I know it will take more than me and my wife to fulfill this dream and make this goal reachable. I will continue to  provide great barbecue through caterings, pop-ups and deliveries until the goal has been reached. I will continue to be humble and  appreciate every word of wisdom, every dollar donated and each person fed with my food. I truly understand how food can change lives for the better and most of all how it brings everyone together.
