In Memory of Robert F Heisner

Donation protected
Reverend Robert ‘Bob’ Heisner, 77, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Wheatfield, NY surrounded by his beloved family on March 7, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, NY.

Mr. Heisner's life was dedicated to helping others. He was a modest man who cared more about others than himself during his time with us, and as a result does not leave much behind after his passing. This fundraiser is being created to assist his loving wife of 59 years, Marianne Heisner, with upcoming funeral expenses, to ensure Mr. Heisner can be given the service he deserves.

If your life has been at all impacted by Mr, Reverend, or Grand Master Heisner, I encourage you to donate anything you can to ensure he can be honored in the way he deserves as he is put to rest.

Alternative methods of tax-deductible donations can be directed to the Project Future Center and distributed to Mrs. Heisner.

Bob was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Elim Bible Institute and College in Lima, NY. He served in the United States Army during and after the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge.

He was devoted to his faith and lifelong believer in his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. He served as a minister to the people throughout countless religious gatherings, funerals and weddings. Bob also formerly served as the Chaplin of the Niagara Falls Police Department. Most recently, he served as a Chaplin at Elderwood of Wheatfield, a place he was dearly loved by all. He was instrumental at the Niagara County Jail serving many different capacities such as the director of the outreach program, minister to the inmates and guards, and the director of community service for inmates upon their release.

Aside from his ministry, Bob, also known as Grand Master Robert Heisner was an accomplished 9th Degree Black Belt. He founded Project Future of WNY, a Martial Arts school in Wheatfield, NY. There he originated Bushido Kai, which includes techniques and fighting forms from various martial arts styles. Bob holds rank certification in numerous martial arts styles, including training under numerous experts such as Grand Master Park Jong Soo, former Korean National Champion, and Shihan H. Grand Master Heisner’s Bushido Kai legacy at Project Future Center will continue as he had prepared for the day his Lord would call him to his heavenly home.

Anyone who knew Bob also knew he had an unforgettable zest for life. He loved his dogs and was a passionate fan of the Green Bay Packers. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, especially his princess, granddaughter Maddie Bogart.
