Helping Super Hero Jakes Family

We have decided with Jake being readmitted to the hospital for congestive heart failure and now him looking at possible heart transplant that we would start his go fund me up again. After 4 open heart surgeries we thought his heart would be working much better now but unfortunately it is not and Jake may be in the hospital for a while and it really puts a financial stress on families like this.
