Bring back my smile

Hi it’s me , Susan

As most of you know I take care of my parents by myself and because I been so focused on them and my father’s diminishing health that I have neglected to take care of my personal well being.

I want to share what has been going on with my health recently. On Sunday September 11th I hurt my front tooth and it broke and fell out. I have veneers which means my teeth are more sensitive than regular teeth. It is a lengthy and expensive process to get fixed. The following Friday afternoon I received a call from my doctor’s office telling me that I will need surgery to get my thyroid removed because the test results revealed that I have malignant cells in the nodules that they found on my thyroid. I have been working from home because of my current state.Thank God I am able to do that. This ability to work from home is appreciated however being away from everyone is NOT for me. I miss my work family and friends Immensely! And to think last year I won the award for“maniac that keeps you smiling” and now I can’t even smile. These are all things that I did not plan for. Therefore I do not have funds to cover all of the cost. I am asking for help.
