I hope you are all doing amazingly well!
Paul J Goddard here and I’m aiming to cycle the country in aid of mental health awareness with a bit of a different take, I will be stopping off at various independent charities throughout the UK and speaking with the outstanding volunteers and organisers who run these establishments.
I need help with food, water, accommodation and emergency funds!
This is a cause dear to my heart with being a sufferer of mental health for a long time. I just want to try and help others and do my bit.

- Complete a John O’Groats to Lands End cycle
