Restore Timmerman School

Timmerman School, in Forest Acres, has sustained significant damage from the recent flooding in South Carolina. Please donate to help restore the buildings and the other items that were destroyed by the water.  The inside damage is still being assessed, but first reports by the school administration indicate that the loss is severe. 
Update - Timmerman parents were at the school yesterday and today, cleaning up, salvaging as many items as possible and clearing classrooms of desks, furniture and other supplies so that carpets can be replaced and walls can be sprayed and disinfected. A big percentage of materials in the preschool building had to be tossed. 
To give everyone a little information about why I started this effort to help Timmerman - my children attend school here and we want to show our support for the school. Timmerman is dear to us and we are so saddened by the loss faced by the school.  The money donated here will be accessed by school administration to build up the resources they lost in the flood. I have been in communication with Ms. Liz Jordan and Mr. Robbie about this campaign throughout the process.
