Closing Costs

We need your help raising the money for the closing costs for our home. We expect to have the Certificate of Occupancy by August 12th, 2023. The closing will be approximately one month after. Habitat is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide affordable housing to low-income families. We need our closing costs of $1800. This past year my car broke down and I had to transfer negative equity onto a new car loan. My car payment doubled and my rent payment is half of my income on its own. Remi and I are asking for help so that we don't have to acquire more debt to move into our home. We are so thankful for everyones support and encouragement! Our new mortgage will be approximately $300 cheaper than our current rent payment! Thank you for helping us take this huge next step!
