Mike Porter’s Heart

Mike Porter is struggling with the end stages of heart disease and is fighting as hard as he can. His heart is only functioning at 5% of its capacity and quite frankly lucky to be where he is, in the hands of excellent Dr.’s. The cut off age is 70 for a transplant and he’ll be 73 next month. The only other possibility is a mechanism called a LVAT. He  is currently undergoing extensive tests at Tampa General hospital in FL to determine if he will be a good candidate for the procedure and make it through the surgery.  They need our help! As insurance is covering most of this very expensive surgery, Mike and Jeanne still need to come up with the money required for the first month of his medications. This is over $5000 and part of the approval process.  Together we can do this. They are loved by so many.
