Zoe Ballz - Help Me Sort Out My Life

So - This is here because I am trying to save my home (of 20 years) and sort my life out.
To start with , let me explain that I am a transgendered woman from Gillingham in Kent, UK. I had my Gender Reassignment Surgery in February 2016, but it was not as successful as I had hoped. I have had a lot of problems since and have had needed 4 further operations/procedures carried out since, to try to correct the problems. The hospital have told me that I am one of the worst cases they have had. In theory MOST people who have the op are recovered and healthy after about 3 months.
Unfortunately 4 years on, I am still not recovered and do not look like I will be any time soon. This means that I have been unable to work properly for 4 years now. Not only due to the bleeding but also due to the pain killers I am on. Because of the pain killers, I have to admit that I have been unable to think and remember things the way I should. By that I mean that I had worked with computers all my life, and things that are supposed to be 2nd nature to me, I forget or get wrong. This has led me to suffer from depression as well and due to these reasons, my business has also failed. I have made stupid mistakes and messed things up for my customers. Most customers have now gone elsewhere.
However, I am also an Internet Streamer. I started streaming internet radio over 20 years ago. I never became a household name or anything like that but as people can see from my Facebook profile (www.facebook.com/zoeballz ), I still have over 100,000 followers ! These days I don't do radio any more (mainly due to copyright issues and the cost of music licences for internet radio) but I do stream the computer game WORLD OF TANKS on Twitch. My Twitch channel is https://www.twitch.tv/zoeballz so please feel free to have a look. Streaming on Twitch is now pretty much my only form of income.
SO - Due to the problems etc above, I am in debt and in danger of having to sell my home to pay debts off, so after a number of friends suggested GoFundMe, I decided to give it a go.
The money raised would be used for the following things:
1. To pay off debts, the main one of which is a personal debt to a good friend of mine who has helped me out in the past, and it's time I paid him back.
2. To pay for repairs to my property which would enable me to be able to rent out the downstairs which in turn would give me an income apart from the streaming.
3. To try to survive in the meantime.
4. To stop me worrying. That might sounds stupid but I have not slept properly in years. The slightest noise outside like a car door slamming, and I wake up with a start, expecting it to be baliffs or similar at my front door. Some of the debts are simply for bills that I have been unable to pay. Electricity, Gas etc. I am expecting to get cut off anytime, forcing me to move out and having to put my place onto the market.
I want to get this place sorted out so I can rent out the downstairs, while continuing to live upstairs. This would give me the stability and income that I need. I'm not getting any younger after all. If I had rent money coming in and the money from my streaming, I would not be earning a LOT but enough to keep the bills paid.
