Zorn Family Support Fund

It is with great sadness to report the passing of an amazing father, brother, son, husband, and the best friend anyone could imagine. Derek passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 12th leaving behind his amazing wife Beth, their two young sons Will (4) and Ethan (1), parents Don and Pam, sister Rachel, beloved dog Brody and an endless following of friends and friends-turned-family who all ache following this tragic loss. All who knew Derek know that he never asked anyone for anything and gave endlessly.  I now ask that we all take a moment to remember the great man that he was, and consider providing some security and future financial stability so that his boys can achieve everything we know he would have wanted for them. All donated funds will be designated to the boys' college savings accounts as well as cover any unplanned expenses in the immediate future.  Aside from a monetary contribution,  please consider leaving a comment or memory of him for us all to remember him by. He was loved, and gone far too soon. We love you Derek, forever in our hearts.

Services will be held at Philips Funeral home in South Lyon Saturday September 15th at 10am for visitation. Services to follow at 1pm. Address is 122 West Lake Street, South Lyon MI
