Support Megan Affinita fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Megan was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in January 2020, after undergoing chemo and radiation she was declared cancer free.

Unfortunately she suffered some neurological symptoms in July this year (2022) and tests revealed that the breast cancer had metastasised to her brain resulting in a diagnosis of stage 4 breast cancer.

Megan is bright, optimistic and determined to fight. She makes friends with everyone she meets and is one of those people who genuinely cares about your answer when she asks how you are. She and her husband Mauro have 4 children, Jack (20), Bella (18), Daniel (15) and Ben (11).

She has been given a medical certificate to say she is unable to work indefinitely, the tumor is effecting her memory and comprehension. Mauro is currently take time off work to care for Megan, taking her to appointments as well as processing this very overwhelming news and supporting the kids. On top of the increased cost of living, the medical bills are coming in thick and fast.
