Life Saving Surgery

Hello all my loves!  Before we get to far in, I want to start by saying I do have light at the end of my tunnel!  And I THANK the divine every day for it!  However, it does bring me great sadness that I must have a lifesaving hysterectomy. I had a standard biopsy procedure done to ensure my symptoms were not cancer, which I do not have.  Unfortunately, there was a biopsy complication, and it has caused me to hemorrhage on and off for 6 months and taken my ability to have children away. I do have fibroids and the best treatment option is to remove my uterus.

First and foremost, I need to take a moment to speak to all my sister's younger and older. This may be graphic but I just have to go here! You must do yourselves the favor if ever in the position that I was, being told all alone that I may have cancer and I "needed" this biopsy. If you are told these words by any doctors PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just catch your breath and take a second and insist, don't ask, insist for an internal ultrasound first. Me not knowing I had that option has completely wrecked my life. I have been forced to just wait and bleed continually until they can fit me into surgery. Not being able to leave my house and go further then 15 minutes away because I don’t know if I am going to bleed out or have more birthing contractions. If you have had a child you know that feeling of having those contractions then feeling like you had to have a BM then more contractions, just rolling around in pain until you feel like you are going to pass out! This is graphic perhaps to graphic for some however I wish someone had been this graphic with me. I can't expect anyone to fully empathize with exactly what I have had to go thru but if you have ever been pregnant or given birth you get it! That said I DO NOT HAVE CANCER!!!!

My soon to be husband has had to quit his job to take care of me full time over the last two months.  Our parents have done all they can for us financially and now I must turn to you! My tribe, friends, acquaintances, loves, and my inspirations! My symptoms are life threatening which is why surgery is being allowed during the pandemic.  

After weeks of going through red tape my fiancé was able to make major progress and we now have our surgeon.  She is brilliant, confident, and super knowledgeable about my situation.  The surgery I am having is a robot assisted (da Vinci) partial hysterectomy. They will be leaving both of my ovaries since the hemorrhagic cyst that was a major concern for the doctor has already burst. It was like giving birth! The most painful experience I have ever had! However, painful that was with all the contractions I went thru and all the palm size blood clots I had to pass, it all turned out to be a total blessing because I really need my ovaries. My surgery is scheduled on 12.01.21 at UW, Seattle.

I'm coming to you humbled, knowing that tough times have hit everyone, but I also know this whole pandemic has brought all of our humanity closer in a big way. I need you right now.  I anticipate my full-time care will continue through November and extend past surgery for at least 30 days.  I need funds for healthy food, supplements, vitamins, medicines, and basic living expenses.  No one is working in our household due to me needing someone full time.

Since I have WA state insurance, I have no idea what out of pocket expenses I will incur.  I pray this finds you in a moment of prosperity and ask you to help me out as much as possible thru this journey!
