Funeral - Medical Expenses

Sam was our beloved Father, Husband, brother, friend and more than all that. Sam was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was battling for 3 months post operation. On December 28th at 11:00PM we said our last goodbyes. His sudden passing is unfortunate and our family is at a major loss and has left us all devastated. His heart was as good as gold and he would not hurt a fly, he went out of his way to help those in need, and had a passion for seeing others smile.
