Family and Friends, your brother has encountered a situation that is a bit frightening. About two months ago I awoke from my sleep with heavy chest pains, and scared as I was I had my wife drive me to the Emergency Room. When we arrived, I was told that all chest x-rays were normal, but my blood pressure was 172 over 137. Yeah I know. They immediately gave me medication for my blood pressure and sent me home after getting it under control. After consulting with my personal physician, I found out that I also had high cholesterol, which I was also precribed medication for, along with instructions to change my diet drastically, and exercise. Over the course of the next three weeks, I exercised every other day. But instead of increasing in stamina, I gound myself decreasing in stamina. I went from being able to work out for an hour and a half, to not being able to take my garbage to the trash can without taking a break. Being concerned, I went back to the Emergency Room to try and figure out my problem. After multiple x-rays, and Catscans I was told that I needed a heart cath to have a splint placed in the main artery leading to my heart, which is a routine procedure. So I agreed to have it done. But after what I thought was a successful procedure, I was told by the Doctor that she couldn't place a stint in the artery because it was 90% clogged with cholesterol. She informed me that I would need to have open heart surgery to remove the cholesterol from my artery or I will surely not live long. The problem that I have is the recovery time from this procedure is about two to three months, and because I am new to the city of Atlanta I have only been employed for one week and I am in need of financial assistance with my bills during my recovery. I usually wouldn't do this, but I don't know what else to do, and I was always told to ask and you shall receive. So I'm asking. If there is anything you can do to help your brother to get through these next three months, I and my family would be eternally grateful. I thank you all in advance for whatever donations you can spare, and Prayers.
Sincerely
