Angel Herrera

Family and friends,

Angel Herrera is one of the original Larkspur employees and one of the most valuable, dedicated, and talented individuals one could hope to employ in the hospitality industry.

Angel has been our lead butcher since the inception of the restaurant. He collaborated with management and colleagues to create many systems and protocols to open and operate a high-quality, high-volume, and fast-paced fine dining establishment. He is a team player. His tireless work ethic, incredible humor and high standards have been a significant asset to Larkspur.

On October 15th 2022 Angel began to go into kidney failure. He is currently at the hospital in Denver in hopes of receiving a kidney transplant. If you are able, please consider donating to help cover the cost of Angels medical bills and support him and his family once he is able to leave the hospital. We have started a Gofundme page to help him in this time of need.

We cannot express how touched and grateful the entire family is.
