Avery Meeks, Jr. Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On Sunday, July 12th, 24-year-old Avery Meeks, Jr. was out with friends at Caesar’s Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin when he accidently fell into the Milwaukee river.
Avery was an intelligent, fun-loving young man who enjoyed music, photography and being a father to his 4-year-old daughter. The Milwaukee Fire Department Dive Team, the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Dept. and the Dept. of Natural Resources have all aided in search of Avery.
For two days, family and friends walked the scene well into the night and took boats in search of Avery. On Tuesday, July 14th the family found Avery and he was recovered from the water. Avery was a great Father, Son, Brother and Friend!
Many people are asking how they can give or donate to the family during this time to support. Donations may be made to the family via the Avery Meeks, Jr. Memorial Fund at gofundme.com
Thank you in advance!
