They are each talented, passionate, funny, & smart - but none would be able to do essential audition preparation or necessary audition travel without support from our Donors. All of the money raised from this GoFundMe will go directly to their final audition coaching, audition travel, and financial aid counseling once they have received their college acceptances. OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The Fund for College Auditions is a New York City-based 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers financial support and college guidance to acting and musical theatre students with limited resources who want to audition for post-high school training programs, especially those who identify with groups that are historically and currently underrepresented in theatre, film, and television. Through this mission, we advocate for diversity, equity, and belonging in college-level theatre training programs.

MORE THAN JUST AUDITION SUPPORT

Each year, we guide our Scholars through not only their post-secondary auditions but also securing scholarship money and reasonable financial aid. We guide our Scholars through their scholarship and aid navigation until each has financially viable college options that also fit what they want from their training and academic experiences post high school, whether these be 2 or 4 year programs.

ONCE TFCA FAMILY, ALWAYS TFCA FAMILY

Our Scholars remain a part of our TFCA family as they begin college and beyond. Our Board members and other volunteers and donors ensure that the Scholars have everything they need to live and work comfortably as they begin college: everything from Metro Cards to winter coats to more dance clothes; we continue to check in and provide support and advice as needed throughout their education and for as long as they want to stay in touch!
