Lancaster Bail Fund
Donation protected
A homeless man in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania was recently arrested for stealing $28 worth of merchandise from a sheetz and his bail was set at the ridiculous amount of $5,000! Thankfully, Lancaster County has a volunteer run revolving bail fund who was able to bail him out and give him the gift of freedom, something he otherwise would not have gotten.
However, as a non-profit, Lancaster Bail Fund relies on donations for the funds necessary to serve our community. So we are asking that you please help us raise money and give back to our community by donating to Lancaster Bail Fund, a watch-dog and advocacy organization against pretrial detention that uses 100% of donations towards posting bail for people just like the impoverished homeless man they kept detained for simply trying to survive.
