I don't know how to start. When things seemed can't get any worse we were forced to close the store that we had since 2004 due to not being able to make rent and then LADWP not allowing us to pay the remaining balance in the monthly payment and now, this person is harassing my wife at her work by hiring a LOAN SHARK/GANG people to have a person stand with a placard translated as "ATTENTION *** WHO WORKS AT ***, YOU HAVE BORROWED THE MONEY DURING DESPERATE TIME BUT NOW YOU ARE AVOIDING US AND NOT SHOWING YOURSELF, WHY DON'T YOU PAY US BACK THE MONEY? YOU ARE TRUE EVIL" so everyone in town can see and humiliate my wife and also to get fired.

I have contacted the police but they said that there's nothing they can do because they are not breaking the law and now my wife and store owners are getting calls from their friends, customers and people from the church wondering what's going on.

My wife is in tears and under deep deep depression and can hardly sleep and eat.

"DESPERATE PEOPLE DO DESPERATE THINGS" is a perfect quote because my wife borrowed money from this person even though they were charging incredibly high interest ($1,000 per month) during the locked down and our rent was due.

My wife has been working this store from 6 am to 5 pm and then another from 5:30 pm to 10 pm, 7 days a week to pay back the money she borrowed from various people including this person since Jan 2022.

I honestly don't know how much more obstacles we can face...we’ve been paying this person a $1000 interest (just interest) per months and asked her to give us more time but this is what they came up with.

I believe we have reached the last piece of the rope and now my wife is telling me that she’s willing to sell her organs to pay off the debts and when I heard that it broke my heart. We desperately asking for your help. I would appreciate it if anyone can help.
