Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My case is going in-front of a grand Jury on 7/24/2020! At Eugene Circuit Court House 814 E Oak St Eugene Or 97401. There will be a support group showing up in my behalf. The person who hit me on June 28th is still out. If the grand jury dismisses me and multiple witnesses. This person will walk free. We are fighting for justice we are fighting for equality each and everyday. The fact of the matter if the person who targeted me was of color he would be in jail waiting for the court date. Turns out he has the complexion for the protection. We need you to help us continue to fight while we seek the justice that people of color very often don’t get. Justice for Isiah!! Justice for POC’s Nation wide.!! Justice for all!! Update on Myself the days are hard the Pain, traumatization, stress, depression, overwhelming anxiety and feeling anxious. Some days are better then other days trying to keep it together but it’s been hard it’s take major toll on me and my family the feel distant from me due to all of this. Shout out to all the people that have graciously given their love, their time ,and donations! We are still calculating medical expense bills and lawyers fees trying to find the right lawyers to represent me in this fight for justice. For those of you who don’t know, I was struck down intentionally by who many believe to be a racially motivated white man in his car who was triggered by hate at a children’s march for equality consisting of primarily children, and children of color at that!

I have had struggles in the past years ago, but now I strive to be a peaceful man, and enjoy helping out my community whether it is feeding the homeless or being out there to lend a hand. I was born and raised here in Eugene, Oregon for all 29 years of my life. This horrible incident that took place could have affected the lives of many, as it already has deeply hurt our community.

In addition to this, I have also been deeply traumatized by all of this, in the fact that my daughter Kali witnessed all of these events will now also suffer the same pain and trauma for the rest of her life.
While I lie here broken, with internal bleeding in my back, struggling to figure out how I'm going to provide for my family, from all the work I've missed, how I'm going to pay for the physical and mental therapists I'm going to have to see...the criminal who ran me down still walks free.

Even during this time, even at this very moment you can see with your own eyes how the justice system really works. It is up to us to put pressure on the police department. It is up to us to continue marching, and it is also up to us to ensure equal accountability for all, specifically the justice system.

The Eugene Police are asking for video of the Incident as if the 40+ witnesses and the injuries aren’t enough evidence.

Let’s not let the city put this behind them.
