Sky's Memorial Fund

Skylar Harrow O'Tinker brought people together everywhere they went. Their farm became a beacon of friendship, love, and community; many people stopped by to see them— and those people rarely left without a carton of fresh eggs from Sky's beloved flock of over 40 chickens.

Naturally, after collecting friends for 34 years there are a lot of people who would like to come together and remember the loss of their shared friend Sky. Please help us raise the funds we need to properly celebrate their life.

Our goal is $10,000. I realize that may sound like a lot, but the funeral home alone costs $5,000, which is half of the budget. The venue is $1,680, which only leaves $3,320 to not only feed everyone (no one ever left their house hungry), but also to make the event reflect a fraction of their bright, sparkly energy that even cancer could not dim.

Any amount donated helps. If 100 people donate $100 then Sky's dear partners, parents, and siblings will not need to cover the cost of the memorial out of pocket. Even $25 gets us that much closer to our goal. Sky brought a lot of people together during their life. Help us put their legacy into practice by bringing people together in honor of them.
