Urgent: Help My Father Fight Stage 4 Lung Cancer

My name is Nikesh Karki, and I am reaching out to ask for your help during the most difficult time of my life. My father, who has dedicated his life to educating young students in rural Nepal, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. He is just 55 years old.

For over 30 years, my father worked as a teacher in a government school, shaping the future of many children in our rural community. He was always passionate about giving back and making a difference, even with the limited resources we had. Unfortunately, now that he needs help the most, we are struggling to provide him with the treatment he deserves.

The cost of his treatment is incredibly high—approximately NPR 4 lakh (around $3,000 USD) per month—and as a middle-class family, we simply cannot afford it. The treatment includes chemotherapy, medication, and hospital visits, all essential to keeping him stable and giving him a chance to fight this terrible disease. Without financial support, we are running out of options.
