OK, this is a bit of a long one.
Andy Baum saved my life. That is no exaggeration. He helped me to break free from abuse. My first two pregnancies resulted in me having a busted lip and a broken nose... when Andy found out i was pregnant he did everything in his power to get here from America before the baby was born to save me from my narcissist abuser, who enforced the pregnancy on me knowing abortion was not an option here in Northern Ireland. My third child will not know the hurt the first two witnessed because of this wonderful man.
He turned a mess into a family again, he helped me to breathe freely again!
But because it was done in a hurry, we are in financial difficulties. Andy's wonderful mother died a week after he got here! She was instrumental in helping him get to me. We have family but everyone is stretched thin and it's hard to know who to ask - one never wants to offend someone and ive had to grit my teeth and do it for my family.
Andy brought as much of his work money as he could when he got here two years ago, and lately there has been a lot of begging and borrowing and ebaying just to stay afloat, let alone find this money. We are just waiting for them to say "too late, get back to america"... relocation in future when this is sorted may be possible but wow, all of this seems like an impossible mountain to conquer.
Any amount will do, will help to get this hardworking man the permission to stay here and do right by his loving family.
