Our little family in a time of need

Hello, My family and I (total of 7) need your help. We have been notified by our landlord that he sold the house we have been living in for the last 6 years. We need to be out of our house December 28th, THREE DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS. We have been excellent tenants (we have not missed a payment since we moved in, even during Covid).

Unfortunately, a new rental requires the first, last and a security deposit which we do not have. I am a self employed handyman and am currently awaiting payments from several of my customers.

We would appreciate any help you can provide
