Mason Saldana was found floating in the east River wearing only a diaper, he was plucked from the water August 5th by tourist from Oklahoma. On the following day it was identified that it was my baby brother he was a loving and cheerful baby & we would always cherish the memories he gave us. Any donations would be gladly appreciated
