Family cat attacked by pitbull

My cat was attacked by a pitbull and we don’t have the money to get her the medical attention she needs.. the owner just opened the door and let their dog charge at my cat my whole family witnessed the pitbull grab her from the neck and drag her like a rag doll trying to get the dog to let go I put 200 as goal but anything helps
