Fenway Wiffle Ball for Jimmy Fund

Our names are Matt and Stevie and we are seniors at Milton Academy. Milton gives its students an incredible opportunity in their last month of school in the form of a senior project. For our senior project, we wanted to do something that gave back to the community. We decided on building a Fenway Wiffle Ball Park, and hosting a tournament at the end. The tournament is a fundraiser for the Jimmy Fund, an organization that supports the fight against cancer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. All of our proceeds will go to them. We have an ambitious goal of raising $10k for the Jimmy Fund. However, with the combination of tournament team entry fees, donation booths, and generous donations from Milton alumni, Milton parents, Milton students, corporations, and others, we feel we can achieve our goal. Curry Hardware has helped us hit the ground running by donating all the paint we need, and we hope that others contribute to the cause so that our project can be a huge success!
The tournament will be held on June 1st on Milton Academy's football field.
