With current unfortunate financial crisis with the company; this is to help all of those Manufacturing Team members that are in need of financial support because of lay off or mandatory furlough.

The Goal:
Raise $50,000 within 2 weeks - as the funds need to distributed to the people in need immediately to help them continue their livelihood for the next 2 months.

Distribution:
The funds will be distributed to the manufacturing team members. Team members will be contacted and asked of their current circumstances based on the below criteria. The funds will be distributed by the criteria below:

Priority 1)
Less Than 6 months employees on Mandatory Furlough:
- do you have family with children as responsibility
- do you have lease and mortgage payments
- are you on a visa that restricts you from getting another job in US immediately?
     - are you in a situation that with restricted visa you still need to stay in US due to current personal situation?
- do you have savings or financial safety net to continue to sustain you and your family's basic necessary needs for the next 2-3 months?

If yes to first 3/4 questions and No to the last question, then applicable for the minimum $2K / month fund or person asks for less.


Priority 2)

Long Term Employees on Minimum Salary and their needs
- do you have family with children as responsibility
- do you have lease and mortgage payments
- with the minimum salary of $47K - $50K and other financing options available; do you have savings or financial safety net to continue to sustain you and your family's basic necessary needs for the next 2-3 months?

If yes to first 3/4 questions and No to the last question, then applicable for the minimum $800 - $1K / month fund or person asks for less


Per Gofundme request I'm adding the next information to the campaign:

My name is Hector Padilla and I'm the organizer of this activity. I'm an a legal immigrant in US and like one When people lost his job or income with any advise. I feel the frustration and the necessity to help others that is the reason I open this Gofundme campaign.

I personally will be withdrawing the founds to those on needbthat were selected by the above criteria.

My plan to deliver the funds is already explained on the lines above. I will start withdrawing the funds this Friday  11/16/18 to the ones that contacted me back on the email sent on 11/13/18.

I will publish the names of the people that was supported with this found on this page. So everything can be crystal clear regarding money wise.

As today 12-11-18 I was able to raise $21,661.50 after fees paid to Gofundme page. I would like to thank everyone that donated and supported the FF cause from my heart.
