Help Lucy to Fight Like a Goose


I want to let everyone know the news that has changed our lives forever. Lucy has Leukemia. We know that this is treatable and we will get a treatment plan. Lucy is being so good. She is scared yet has great strength. She has a lot of questions and luckily God has sent doctors and nurses to her that know how to explain what is happening and what they are doing in a way that she understands which keeps her calm. Praise God for Dr. Wiglesworth and everyone at UK Children’s Hospital.

Emilee is being such a great big sister and is handling everything the best she can. I pray Emilee is able to have the same peace about this that we have. 

Your texts and emails are so appreciated! I have gotten so many I don’t even know how to begin answering them. Please know that your thoughts, love, and prayers are comfort in this stressful time.This bully picked the wrong little girl. It did not know how strong she is and that she has an army behind her with an Almighty God leading the charge. The pity party is over, now its time to get to work.
