Fire Causes Tenant's Loss

There was a fire at the apartment building that I manage today (12/27/2017) which caused the four tenants in the building to lose most all their possessions. None of the tenants have renter's insurance to help replace their belongings. I am trying to collect at least $2,000 for each tenant to help them get back on their feet. I have been paying out of pocket for them to stay at a hotel. They need more help in getting back on their feet.
