Chief Morgan Memorial Foundation

The Fire Chief Joseph W. Morgan Memorial Foundation, a charitable, tax exempt, 501(C)(3) organization is dedicated to raising capital through contributions, special events, and government grants to provide heightened recognition for the only St. Louis Fire Chief to die in the line of duty. The foundation will honor Chief Morgan’s contributions through placement of a memorial in a prominent St. Louis location, enhanced tributes at established Firemen’s memorials and increased awareness through public medium.
