Fisch's HazmatHouse Cleanup
Paul and Jenny Fisch's Colorado Springs home for sale now has $40K in damages, that was intentionally caused by the buyers. The home is full of animal waste and is currently uninhabitable. This fund was established by an independent 3rd party to help raise the funds for clean up and restore good will.
Backstory: The Fisch's put their home on the market and received a full price offer, and agreed to rent the home to the buyers, under contract, for a future close date of 1/31/18. The Buyer's never followed through, and the Fisch's began the eviction process.
When the eviction was final, they discovered that there was significant damage to the entire house including walls, wood and tile floors, carpets, applicances, and fixtures and that the home had dog feces and urine everywhere, including the ceilings and cabinets. The estimated damage to clean up and replace items is about $40k.
Currently insurance is denying coverage on the property. Both Realtors did not raise flags on the rent prior to own transactions, and the Mortgage Lender never disclosed that the buyers were not fully approved. ( there were conditions the Fisch's were not informed of)

All funds raised will be filtered to the Fisch's through an independent 3rd party, to help with cleanup of the home and make the situation whole. In the unlikely event that the Realtors, Mortgage Lender or Insurance company situation changes, any remaining funds will be held and this page message will be updated to determine how best to share the goodwill with another family or situation.
