Fixing Leslie

Since she joined us in 2013, Leslie, the pink firetruck of Pink Heals Chicagoland has brought love, comfort and hope to hundreds of people whose lives have been impacted by cancer.  The town of Rock Falls, Illinois has hosted Leslie several times, and has always honored her in the way that she deserves...bringing her to meet dozens of cancer patients and/or survivors, selling Pink Heals T-shirts and hoodies to help support her expenses, and even having pink firework displays celebrating her.  Because there is such a strong interest in Leslie's future by the town of Rock Falls, we've decided that it will become her forever home.  She will "live" at Firehouse of God Ministries and continue to visit cancer patients/survivors and their families. Unfortunately, Leslie's engine is blown and needs to be fixed before she'll be able to make the journey. We would like to get her repaired, and then deliver her to her new home.
