Hope's Dream

Hope is a sweet 5 year old, who, on the outside, is like any other kid.  She likes going to playgrounds and riding her scooter, and she especially loves going to church and singing songs with the children's church guitarist, Mr.  Marty.  When Hope grows up, she wants to be a veterinarian.  But on the inside, Hope's world looks quite different.  Hope was born with a pelvic kidney and kidney reflux. A diagnosis of kidney reflux has five levels, known as grades.  Of those five grades, Hope has grade three reflux.  

March is National Kidney Disease awareness month, and Hope wants to spread the word about kidney disease to as many people as possible.  This sweet little girl does not want a penny for herself, but wants to raise money throughout March and donate it to the National Kidney Foundation which aids in research and treatment development.  Hope's dream is to help others with kidney problems.
