Adam's Care
Donation protected
On Saturday night September 1st, Adam left home to meet up with friends. Adam has yet to return.
I say this because in the early hours of Sunday morning in Airside, Swords, Adam was subjected to a vicious assault resulting in a severe brain injury. Following surgery and days in a coma fighting for his life Adam has pulled through - to a life so utterly changed for him and his family. Adam suffers a number of disabilities requiring full time care in the short term with the long-term outlook unsure.
Following treatment in Beaumont, it is hoped Adam will transfer to a specialised facility in Dun Laoighre where his rehabilitation will continue before coming home where full time care will be required.
Funds raised now will be used to meet future care costs including equipment, transport and home modifications.
I will update regularly here on Adam's progress.
To all our donors, a sincere and heartfelt thank you
