Flynn Ate A Needle & Now We're Broke

Donation protected
Hey everyone! My name is Red and I have two awesome cats named Flynn and Archer. Flynn is my baby boy and is always dressed for success with his natural tuxedo coloring.

On Saturday, June 3rd, Flynn decided it would be an excellent idea to eat the needle and thread I had set down on the table for a moment. My husband and I noticed right away that the needle and thread were missing and immediately checked both of our cats and discovered Flynn had already swallowed it.

After trying to retrieve it ourselves and realizing it was stuck we raced over to the Cheshire VCA and the amazing staff worked their magic to fish it out. After all that excitement and the successful retrieval of the needle, Flynn is back home and resting and we're now trying to figure out how to pay a bill of $2,017.41.

The breakdown is as follows:

Emergency services: $35.05 ✅

Exam/consultation emergency: $113.50 ✅

Post procedure x-ray: $93.50 ✅

Internal medicine on call: $500

Internal medicine tech on call: $161.20 ✅

Endoscopy foreign body removal <30min: $457.55

Fluids medical procedure: $132.90 ✅

Anesthesia 15-60min Risk 1: $445.75

Includes: pre anesthetic exam, pre anesthetic medications, anesthesia induction, anesthesia maintenance, anesthesia monitoring, recovery monitoring and care

Cefovecin (convenia) 80mg/ml/ml: $77.96 ✅

Grand total: $2,017.41

I know it's a lot to ask, but if any of you can donate anything to try and help us out that would be amazing.

Even if you can't donate anything yourself we'd appreciate it if you could spread the word and signal boost this as much as you can.
