Fonzy's Medical Expenses

On August 12th, 2017, Alfonso Chavez was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident that cost him his foot. He is 22 years old and a father to 2 precious children; 5 year old Leyanet and 1 year old JR. This unforeseen tragedy came to a heart aching and devastating circumstances. Him and his family are in dire need of any kind of help. I, along with Fonzy's wife, Dania, and whole family, ask for any amount that can aid in these unexpected expenses during this desperate time of need. No amount is too big or too little.
