Foster Dogs NYC works to not only find temporary homes for pups, but also acts as a source of support and community for foster caretakers across New York City. One way we do this is to provide new foster families with a "Foster Starter Kit." It helps the dog settle into their new (temporary) homes, and also relieves some of the stress from their humans. Our Foster Starter Kit has essentials that every new pup needs, including: rubber chew toy, food sample, poop bags, "business cards" to help get adopted, first-bath shampoo, and more! We also included some cool extras, just to help make this even more fun. We are grateful to the businesses and organizations that donated their products to this effort, as they have made this ALL possible!

We will be posting pictures of the pups enjoying their Foster Starter Kits on our Facebook and Instagram accounts as they are sent in by the foster parents.
