Fr. Pat's Race for the King

Greetings Friends & Family!

Have you heard the news?! Father Pat O’Brien is running for Hope for the Future’s Homecoming King at this year’s Khaki and Plaid Gala. Fr. Pat is a strong believer of Catholic education.  Having taught and attended both public and Catholic schools
education, he knows the importance of it and wants to make sure all children have the same opportunities he was blessed with as a child. He is the second Priest in the Archdiocese of San Antonio asked to run and well, Fr. Pat doesn’t want to be the first to lose. He would appreciate your support, as he continues to support the St. Piux X, OLPH, and Holy Spirit communities by earmarking all funds raised by their respective parishioners for their respective Catholic Schools.

You can also join us for a night of food and fun on Nov. 10th 6:30-10 pm, where among other things dinner with the Archbishop, breakfast for your child’s classroom and much more will be auctioned. You can designate which school it goes to otherwise all non-designated donations will go to St. Pius X. Please contact one of the three parishes listed above to purchase tickets.

The most important part is that the money benefits the thousands of families seeking tuition assistance funding so their children can enjoy the benefits and values of a Catholic school education in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. There are so many families who value Catholic Education and desire it for their children. Unfortunately, the cost of Catholic education presents a challenge for many families. The Archdiocese of San Antonio has designated Hope for the Future to help families make Catholic Education a reality. Again, Father Pat would greatly appreciate your support in electing him Homecoming King. Most importantly, your support will help many families in sending their children to Catholic Schools
