As a child raised by a single mother I know firsthand how stressful holidays can be. My mother did her best to provide everything I that needed. As a child, toys for the holidays was one wish she sometimes after paying bills and buying food for the house she could not fulfill. I remember seeing the smile on my mother’s face when someone would bring toys over to our house. As a result my passion is to bring that same smile to other single parent’s faces along with the children. I've been a part of this great city for over 10 years living in and running for City Council in District 3 I believe North Miami can better, I am raising $40,000.00 to put smiles on parents and children faces that live in North Miami. We will have food, music, and toys for every child that register. As a member of the community I would love to be able to help families enjoy such a giving holidays as Christmas. This will mean a lot to the hardworking parents of North Miami and to myself knowing that I with the help of you was able to make a child smile.
