Free Kato & Kleo
Donation protected
Hello my name is Kim Miller. My 2 beautiful dogs, Kato & Kleo have been held in a shelter on a KILL ORDER, by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture Animal Control Division since October 2012. Nearly 4 years now. They were taken as puppies by the town of Hamden, after a biting incident that was considered "minor" by my insurance agent. I have spent over $55,000 (most of my savings) trying in every way possible to get them back home without success. After paying the many attorneys, legal fees for 3 separate trials, food, bedding and veterinary bills for them, this awful situation has left me financially as well as emotionally drained and I am in need of your help.
Kato has cancer. He is receiving treatment every 2 weeks. Shots that are costing $860.00 per visit. To make matters worse, the last hearing in the Appellate Court of Connecticut ended with the Judges affirming the DOAG’s order of euthanasia. With your help, I can continue fighting to get them released and also take care of medical expenses for Kato.
Any donation you can make will be greatly appreciated. Kato & Kleo are FAMILY and I must continue this fight to get them home! Please help me!
Even after all this time, held in a stressful kennel environment, they are still sweet and responsive.
