ftm/ftn top surgery

My name is Alex and I identify as trans-non-binary. I desperately need and want top surgery to greatly lessen my dysphoria. The dysphoria I experience is a hindrance in my life and prevents me from being the happiest I can be. I need this surgery in my life more than anything. I will turn 18 in June of 2019 and can then proceed with surgery. I have estimated the cost of the surgery however, this may change after my consult.
