Elijah's Table is a joint project of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration and Etz Hayim Synagogue and is located on an interfaith campus in Derry, N.H. The two organizations host two free dinners every month that are open to the community regardless of religious affiliation. We serve between approximately 50 and 80 people at each meal. Our clientele are people who are unemployed, seniors who are living on a reduced income, struggling families, and folks who are in need of fellowship. Our meals are home-cooked, healthy, and delicious, and take place in a friendly atmosphere. On occasion, we provide music and other entertainment.
Over the years in which we have provided our free community dinners, many customers have commented on how helpful it has been for them to get our nutritious and delicious meals into their diets.
We need your financial support to continue to provide free, healthy, and delicious meals to those in need.
